This guy was also worried about getting lost in the wilds of South Germany. Fortunately, he was able to rig up a small GPS system to his bike in order to rid himself of the hassle of paper maps.Seriously, does anyone have a GPS system they'd like to lend to us as a donation?

Andrea I think you missed a trick here! That yellow box could easily be replaced by an armchair on a small trailer. There's still time!!
I've got a GPS thingy you can borrow if it works with your phone, when you leaving? I might be able to drop it off or failing that post it over. Let me know if it'll fit the bill.

Im looking at Smart2Go on the N95 at the mo - or even a TOMTOM - anyone got a tomtom they'd lend us? it would only be for 2 week - and just imagine what you'd find with no directions man (said Jim Morrison in the dessert with the Indian)
